There are two interesting rumors that I've heard about this rare printing.

Rumor 1 - There was a typo / miscommunication on the work order.

This order called for a printing of 96,000 not 9,600.

By the time the mistake was discovered it was to late.

Rumor 2 - The 1st 100 notes were to be destroyed by the bep.

**In any case this is the lowest star printing in over 50 year!

*This very low # is 480 of 9,600 Plus has a grade of Gem Unc 68!
